Chef Mo’s journey into the world of flavors began with a refined and unique palate nurtured since childhood. Growing up in the Turks and Caicos Islands, she imbibed the essence of baking and pastry artistry under her mother’s tutelage. Driven by an unyielding passion and a hunger for knowledge, she pursued formal culinary education at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Since then, her unwavering dedication has been devoted to the pursuit of innovation, refining flavors, and crafting indulgent sweets.
